Ice's tail thumped heavily on the pavement. "They're eyes." Although she had the same thought about Alvin, she would never say it aloud.

Alvin drew back. "Sorry, that upset you?" he asked, the grin dissappearing from his face and replaced with a slight frown.

"It didn't upset," Ice paused, "At least not alot." Her memory was zipping back through time, back to when Fire had first said her eyes were beautiful. She sighed sadly.

"Nothing, really." Ice tried to ignore the thorns that stabbed her heart and the concerned look in Alvin's eyes. His eyes remind me of Fire... She was about to sigh again, but she held it in.

Alvin pinned his ears back, she was thinking of something but he knew better than to aggravate her further. "Well, ok if you say so.... Hey, c'mon I wanna introduce you to a friend of mine. She's like a little sister to me." he said, nodding his head toward the twolegplace.

Ice took a deep breath, " Er... yeah okay...." She really didn't want to walk into the twoleg place, but she trusts Alvin. "I know a few cats here, all kittypets of course. Gray is one of them..." She was friends with him before Fire died. Her ears twitched uncomfortably.
