Wolfstar raised an eyebrow at Badgertail's joke. "You mean if we came face to face with yourself, Badgertail?" Wolfstar meowed, keeping her yellow gaze flickign around the area.

"Oh pshh, I'm much more scarier than a badger!" she snorted, amusement glittering in her eyes. Badgertail continued to walk along the MistClan border, flicking her tail.
Stormpaw glanced up at Badgertail and Wolfstar, his ears perked. Wolfstar, we've reached the end of the border!" he announced, his tail high in the air.

"In your dreams Badgertail." Wolfstar remarked to her warrior's responce. Nodding at Stormpaw, she meowed, "Good work Stormpaw, you've done well with training." she flicked her tail in the denction of camp. "We can head back now."

"I'm so flattered!" she mewed between giggles. Badgertail glanced down at Stormpaw with a smile, he was doing well. Snapping out of her trance, she nudged him with her paw. "Let's go, Stormpaw." she mewed.

As Wolfstar led the way back to DarkClan camp, she kept flicking her eyes around for a flash of blue color pelt hiding in the undergrowth.

Stormpaw narrowed his eyes as a familiar line of brambles came into view. The camp entrace! He broke into a trot, and squeezed through the small opening. That patrol was pretty tiring.

Wolfstar turned to Badgertail as Stormpaw disappeared, "You've trained your apprentice well, Badgertail. You should be very proud of him." her yellow eyes still didn't stoping looking around the area, as if Wolfstar was looking for something, or someone.

Badgertail smiled at Wolfstar's praise, but then frowned. Ever since the patrol reached the MistClan border, Wolfstar had been acting strange. Now Badgertail was certain something was wrong. "Wolfstar, what's going on? You've been acting strange lately." she questioned, determined to find an answer.

"Huh? O there's nothing wrong Badgertail, I'm just...feeling a little tired that's all." Wolfstar lied, thought the "tired" part was true. Because she was prengant, Wolfstar's stamia has dropped lately.

Badgertail continued to search her leader's eyes for a moment, but then relaxed. "Well of course!" she joked. "Anyone would be tired after going on a patrol with Stormpaw!" Badgertail smiled warmly before disappearing through a wall of brambles and ferns.
