Gray walked through a small patch of bushes with a mouse in his jaw. He doesn't always catch mice,but he decided to today. "El... Eliza?" The mouse fell on the pavement. He saw her rub her cheek on the strange cat, "I... I know that scent...."

Tornshadow tensed and flattened his ears in aggression. He was ready to protect Eliza from whoever was outside the bush they were hiding in. He stalked out of the bush with his claws outstretched and the fur along his spine risen. He narrowed his eyes at the unfamiliar cat and growled a warning to stay back.

Gray saw that the other cat was becoming aggressive. He arched his back and let his claws slide out. He didn't know who the strange cat was but he was ready to fight if he had to.
