"Oh I disagree rogue! Nettlepaw is always breaking the rules, why would he be leader?" Owlscream suddnely appeared out of no where. She stalked around the two, her lips twisted into a cruel grin. "I don't even know why a weaking should mentor another weakings. It would only bring TreeClan more chaos!"

Badgerkit growled and stood in front of Nettlepaw defensively. "HE IS NOT WEAK! YOU ARE FOR CALLING HIM THAT!" He yowled and hissed, his fur standing on end.

Nettlepaw scowled at Owlscream and was about to tell her to leave when Badgerkit bravely spoke up. Though now, he was sick and tired of cowering beneath Owlscream's cruel tanuts and insults. It was about time he started standing up to her like anyone else would. Ever since the fox attack, he had been quiet, not like his headstrong and energetic usual self. Nettlepaw stepped infront of Badgerkit. "Actually, Owlscream, you looked pretty dissapointed when Duskpaw wasn't assigned as your Apprentice." he smiled. "So why don't you shut your ugly, scarred face and think before you talk, okay?" he mewed cruely. "Let's go Badgerkit." he mewed to the brown and white kit before turning and trotted over to the other side of camp.
((Wolf, could you please not post her pinning him to the ground or something? If Nettlepaw owned her, let her be owned for once.))

Badgerkit nodded and followed his friend faithfully, his smallish legs trotting rapidly to keep up with Nettlepaw's longer strides. "You sure showed her Nettlepaw!" he mewed. "She won't bother us again!" He giggled, puffing out his small chest in victory.

Nettlepaw sat down and glanced at Owlscream, who was still standing in her poosition. He felt guilty for saying such cruel things right infront of her, maybe even worse than the things she said to other cats. "Don't say things like I said to Owlscream to anyone unless they're your enemy in battle." he told Badgerkit. Nettlepaw didn't want to make a bad impression on the soon-to-be-made Apprentice.

Nettlepaw twitched his whiskers in amusement. "Well.." he hesitated for a moment. "Sure, but it's still a bad thing to do." he laughed. Looking up at the sky, he noticed that the sun was starting to set. "Listen, I should go find my mentor." he mewed.

Badgerkit nodded sadly. He liked Nettlepaw and was sad that he had to go. "Ok.... see you later." he mewed and trotted back into the nursery.
Specklepaw stared at her sister in slight frustration.
"C'mon Fleckedpaw! Why are you so mopy aaaaaaalllll the tiiiiiiiiiiime?" she meowed.
Fleckedpaw simply shrugged.
"I dunno......." she said softly.

Nettlepaw looked back at Badgerkit as he started towards the Warriors den. "We'll talk later!" he called. When he reached the Warriors den, he poked his head in. Where was Runningleap? He couldn't find the spotted gray tom anywhere. Sighing, he backed out of the den. Maybe he could go help Fleckedpaw with her herbs or something. Nettlepaw trotted over to Specklepaw and Fleckedpaw. "Hello. Is there anything I can help with, Fleckedpaw?" he asked.
