Mosspaw nodded at what he said, still feeling more triumphant despite him pinning her down. As earlier mentioned... she would have won that if it had been a real battle.
She padded over to the other side of the clearing, her tail flicking back as she waited for him to attack her. The she-cat prepared to sidestep or duck. In reality, if Mosspaw had to face a cat of Shadowclaw's size, she'd rather run than fight him. She supposed, however, that was what training was for.

Shadowclaw tensed his muscles and shot off, racing right at Mosspaw. His eyes narrowed as he grew closer and he leapt over her, quickly making a 180 degree turn and swiping his front paws at her hind legs. With some effort, Mosspaw would fall and he would be able to pin her.

Mosspaw flicked her ears. She was almost knocked over but the she-cat moved quickly, moving out of the way so only his paws brushed her hind legs. Her thoughts racing and her eyes glittering, the she-cat wheeled around and darted to his side, this time planning to slip under him and try to knock one of his legs over again.
Though she was small, she wasn't the smallest, and she was sure that with all her weight, she could knock him over. Assuming he didn't stop her beforehand, of course. She wasn't even under him yet.

Specklepaw nodded "Sure!" she mewed nervously. She walked quietly for a while, not sure what to say "So... what do you want to talk about?" she asked, trying pathetically to start a conversation.

Shadowclaw growled in frustration as Mosspaw slipped away from his grasp like a fish. "You're doing good." he meowed encouragingly. He ran after Mosspaw and bowled into her side, knowcking her to the ground. Nettlepaw blushed even more. "I.. er, what do you want to do?" he asked Specklepaw. He wasn't sure what to talk about, and he probably looked like a mousebrain.

Wildpaw followed Amberpelt into the terriorty, keeping his ears perked for any sound of prey scuring about. "Amberpelt...isn't it a little strange how Venomsnake, Owlscream, and Shadowlcaw are always...being hostile to thier clanmates?" he asked, padding side by side with the brown tabby she-cat.

Wait, was that a compliment?
Mosspaw, upon being knocked over by her mentor, rolled away from him -- which seemed to be the logical thing to do. She jumped back up to her feet when she was about two or three tailengths away from him and flicked her ears, not sure if she should attack again, wait for him to attack, or if they were done. If they were done, it had been short, but relatively beneficial, so she wasn't too bothered by hit.
If it wasn't done yet, well... Mosspaw loved fighting. But practice was boring. She wasn't interested in doing it for too long -- she got impatient with it, and frustrated too easily sometimes. At least, she figured, she was training with Shadowclaw. With him, it wasn't like it was too easy. He was a challenge, and challenges were always more fun.

Specklepaw shrugged as well "Um... is Owlscream still bothering you?" she asked, knowing about their whole disagreements and arguments. It was strange, a warrior hating an apprentice as much as she did.

Amberpelt wasn't paying much attention to Wildpaw. "Wha-? Oh, why do you say that? They're not hostile, they're just grumpy." she suggested, continuing on through the forest. By the time they were finished, Shadowclaw was panting, but not by alot. He trotted over to Mosspaw, and did the one thing he rarely did, he smiled at her. "You did well today." he praised his Apprentice. This wasn't something he'd do any day, but Mosspaw was a good Apprentice. She took her training seriously and wasn't too bad at it either. Shadowclaw flicked his ears and began to trot towards the direction of camp. "Let's go." he meowed without another word. Nettlepaw tried not to scowl at the mention of Owlscream. She's a cruel, rude, stupid and arrogant- "Not really." he muttered. What was he supposed to say? That he was being harrassed by a she-cat, what makes it worse, who is a Warrior?

Specklepaw raised an eyebrow and said "I don't believe you... She's bothering you alot isn't she?" she asked, worried a little bit about her friend. She stopped and stood in front of him, burrowing her eyes into his.
