Flamekit snorted, "Highly doubtful." he looked over at his father then bounded over by him. "Hi! Did you adventure out of camp today? You smell different, you know, not like you normally smell. You smell crisp!" Flamekit spoke very quickly. He was enthusiastic to see Pebblespot and wanted to know everything about where he had been.

Pebblespot smiled and gave Shiningfur a lick on the ear. "Hello, how was your day?" he asked, wrapping around her, intertwing his tail with her's as he watched the kits play.

Shallowflight made his way down the Rock Path, returning to camp without Graywing or Hollyheart. He leapt down from a low ledge and onto the ground. He sighed in exhaustion. The tabby Deputy trotted over to the Nursery, surprised that his kits were still playing outside. Shallowflight entered the Nursery and nuzzled Sweetleaf when he saw her. "Hey.. how was your day?" he asked his mate warmly, laying down by her side.

Flamekit got the feeling sitting around with his parents would be dull because he knew they were going to talk about nothing of interest. He stretched out one more time then set off outside the nursery in annoyance.

Pecclespot thought for a bit. "Eh.... it's been interesting....." he said with a nervous chuckle. He was sure that if he told Shiningfur about Tornshadow and Eliza, his friends would claw his fur off.

She didn't smell either of them on his pelt, the brown tabby she-cat sighed, "You didn't get them back?" she was sure Shallowflight knew who she was talking about. |

Shallowflight sighed, resting his chin on Sweetleaf's head in exhaustion. "No.. Horsestar didn't apoligize to Moonstar for stealing their prey, so we didn't get Graywing or Hollyheart.." He murmured. It's Horsestar's fault. He wanted to add, but kept silent.

"I just hope this doesn't break out in a big war," Sweetleaf meowed quietly, "Crowkit and Cherrykit are becoming apprentices soon and...." her voice trailed off, she didn't even want to say it. What if they got sent into battle and got hurt?
